Conditions for participation NOVOVEMBER Raffles

1. Campaign Dates
   The NOVEMBER raffle will take place on the following dates:
   • Week 1: 05.11.2024 - 07.11.2024
   • Week 2: 12.11.2024 - 14.11.2024
   • Week 3: 19.11.2024 - 21.11.2024
   • Week 4: 25.11.2024 - 27.11.2024
   One prize draw will be held each week during the promotion period. There will be 4 prize draws throughout the promotion period. The winners will be drawn the day after the respective promotion period. The winners will be notified from 2 pm on the day of the draw. For the 4 weeks, this corresponds to the following dates:
   • Week 1: Draw & notification of winners: 08.11.2024
   • Week 2: Draw & notification of winners: 15.11.2024
   • Week 3: Draw & notification of winners: 22.11.2024
   • Week 4: Draw & notification of winners: 28.11.2024
2. Prizes

   In addition to the prizes, the graphic representation of the promotion may show items that are not part of the prize (e.g. banknotes).We reserve the right to replace prizes with similar, equivalent items in the event of unavailability.
3. Participation in the raffle
   To take part in the prize draw, the player must fulfill the following conditions:
   1. The player must make a deposit of at least €100 within the 3 promotion days of a week.
   2. All successfully completed deposits from the beginning of the first day to the end of the last day of the respective promotion period are valid. Example: For week 1, all deposits made between 00:00:00 on 05.11.024 and 23:59:59 on 07.11.2024 count.
   3. Each promotion period is counted independently. To participate in the weekly prize draw, the deposit requirement must be met for each promotional period. Example: Player A has deposited over €100 between 05.11.2024 and 07.11.2024. This enters him into the prize draw for the 1st week, which takes place on 08.11.2024. The player does NOT qualify for the prize draws of weeks 2 to 4.
   4. If a player has qualified for one of the prize draws by correctly fulfilling the conditions described above, they will receive 1 ticket for the prize draw.
4. Draw & prize distribution
   The winners will be selected after the closing date in a random draw from all eligible players and will be notified at the time stated above following the draw. From the time of notification, winners must respond within 7 days confirming acceptance of the prize and providing a shipping address. If no response is received within 7 days of notification, the winner forfeits their right to the prize. In this case, the prize will be awarded to the next player on the draw list.
5. Dispatch of prizes
   The prizes will be dispatched from the end of November, subject to availability.
6. General conditions
   Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.The General Terms and Conditions apply. All data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
