General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
  1. The games offered under the domain are organised by us, BluBet Operations Ltd, a Maltese company with its registered office at W Business Centre Level 4, Triq Dun Karm, Birkirkara BKR 9033, Malta and are made available via the internet, including mobile apps/tablet apps. These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you, our customer.

  2. When registering and opening a player account, you will provide accurate information and data; in particular, you will provide all personal data required to be provided by law. If any personal data changes, such as your name, home address or email address, you will notify us of such changes without undue delay, either by making appropriate changes to your profile and personal data on file with us on our website or by contacting our customer support. Where the provision of evidence is required, you will provide such evidence.
    We may verify any information and data provided by you, including but not limited to your personal data and solvency information, and may request further documents and evidence from you at any time during our contractual relationship. We may also use third party information and databases to verify your data and details. Once a year, we may ask you to re-verify your details. If this is not successful, further participation in the game is no longer possible.

  3. When you open a player account, you choose a user name and password. You will use these credentials to authenticate yourself each time you log in to our website. For security reasons, a password must consist of at least 10 characters and must contain at least one capital letter, one number and one special character. You undertake to keep your password secret at all times and to ensure that it does not become known to any third party.

  4. When registering and opening a player account, you set an individual monthly deposit limit; in doing so, you are guided by the maximum amount prescribed to us by law or by the authorities. Where provided by law, you also have the option to set daily, weekly or monthly betting and/or deposit and/or loss limits.

  5. By submitting your application to open a player account, you declare that you are not a minor but are at least 18 years of age that you have full legal capacity, that you are not barred from public gambling and that you are acting on your own behalf. Furthermore, you declare with the application for the opening of the player account that you are opening this player account exclusively for your personal use and that you are not pursuing any commercial intentions. You further declare that neither you nor any member of your nuclear family is named on the sanctions list of the United Nations, nor on any other sanctions list to be considered in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.

  6. You undertake to inform us immediately if you suspect that your player account has been used by a third party.

  7. You only hold this one player account and confirm that you do not hold any other player account. You understand that it is not possible to transfer or assign a player account or funds held in a player account to a third party. It is also not permitted to transfer funds from one player account to another player account.

  8. We reserve the right to create a temporary player account for you upon registration, pending confirmation of the accuracy of the data and information provided by you during registration; we may allow you to participate in games through such temporary player account for a limited period of time up to a limited deposit limit. The time period and deposit limit are set by law and regulation respectively are currently 72 hours from registration and 100 Euros. A payout of winnings is only possible after completion of the identification or authentication.

  9. The rules of the game and the winning table of each game can be found, depending on the game, in the files marked with "i", a cog or any other button provided in the respective game.

  10. Your stake will be accepted if your player account has sufficient funds. If a stake is accepted despite insufficient funds, e.g. due to a technical error, the stake shall be deemed not to have been placed. If your player account balance is only sufficient to cover part of the stake, we reserve the right to accept your stake to the extent that it is covered by the balance in your player account.

  11. We reserve the right to set minimum and/or maximum deposit amounts depending on the payment method selected. We also reserve the right to limit the amount you can stake on any or all of our games.

  12. The funds in your player account do not earn interest and are intended to be used for betting purposes. You may withdraw the withdrawable portion of your gaming account balance at any time. In principle, the amounts that can be paid out are those that have been paid in and have been staked at least once. If you claim special offers, bonuses and/or discounts, the relevant conditions of the offers, bonuses or discounts must be fulfilled before any amounts can be paid out, in particular the conditions relating to the staking of the amounts for which an offer, bonus or discount has been claimed. It is often a condition of claiming special offers, bonuses or rebates that amounts are staked more than once.

  13. We may defer the payment of a winning if this is useful for checking whether legal requirements have been complied with or if we have a justified interest in further clarification of the facts. In any case, a pay-out will only be made via fully identified payment accounts assigned to the player account and in your name, in which the player account is also held. We reserve the right to withhold any pay-out pending a legally binding verification of payment account information. We also reserve the right to refuse pay-outs via certain payment methods where this is based on legal requirements or in accordance with the specifications of the payment service providers involved. In particular, we may refuse withdrawals via certain payment methods if the requested pay-out method does not correspond to the deposit method or if there are reasonable doubts about the identity. We further reserve the right to make a pay-out only upon presentation of a valid official photo ID.

  14. Complaints regarding pay-outs from you must be made within 30 days of requesting the pay-out.

  15. We reserve the right to temporarily withhold any funds held in the player account or to refuse to make any pay-out if we have reasonable grounds to believe that

    • you have more than one player account with us; or

    • your name or other personal details provided by you do not match the name or other details on any payment accounts used for making deposits; or

    • if you have provided false or misleading information when registering with us or during the course of your contractual relationship with us; or

    • if you defraud or attempt to defraud us or any other customer, apply or use any system designed or capable of damaging the software we use or our system, or

    • if you have enabled a third party to use your player account; or

    • if you have taken part in any offer, bonus or discount promotion and request a pay-out when the terms and conditions of the offer have not (yet) been fulfilled.

  16. We shall be liable to you in the event of intent, gross negligence and for claims to which you are entitled under the Product Liability Act (“Produkthaftungsgesetz”) and in the event of injury to life, limb and health in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the case of simple negligence, we shall only be liable in the event that we have breached essential contractual obligations; in this case, we shall only be liable for the typical and foreseeable damage. In the case of simple negligence, claims for damages on your part against us due to delayed, faulty, manipulated or abusive data transmission or in the case of system failures, transmission, input and evaluation errors are thus excluded. In the event of simple negligence, our liability is furthermore limited to the stakes or the winnings not yet paid out to you, whichever is higher (stakes or winnings not yet paid out to you).
    In this context, we would like to point out that, according to the current state of technology, data communication via the internet cannot always be guaranteed to be error-free or available at all times. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for the constant and uninterrupted availability of our website and our IT systems. We are also not liable for delayed, faulty or somehow altered data transmission on the internet or for any other data transmission errors, except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct.
    If a game is faulty or if a game is cancelled while you are playing it, the game will normally be cancelled. In this case, you are not entitled to the payment of winnings. However, you will be entitled to a refund of any stakes you have placed for playing the defective game in question.

  17. We reserve the right to block player accounts at any time and without giving reasons. We will make use of this right in particular if there are indications that you are showing problematic gaming behaviour, that you are or could be at risk of gambling addiction or that you are addicted to gambling.

  18. We do not tolerate in any form derogatory, offensive or violent behaviour or statements that are threatening, vulgar, defamatory or otherwise offensive. Should a customer behave in such a manner towards our staff and/or our service providers, we reserve the right to suspend and/or close the player account and stop any communication towards the customer. In addition, we and our service providers reserve the right to take further action as deemed appropriate, including reporting to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

  19. You may at any time set up a temporary gaming block (self-lock) with a minimum duration of 12 months; during the gaming block you will only have limited access to your player account. You can withdraw the withdrawable part of your balance, but you cannot make deposits or place bets or play games. A gaming block can only be lifted upon request and only after the legally stipulated minimum period has elapsed.
    In addition, you have the option at any time to exclude yourself from playing for a period of 24 hours by pressing the so-called "instant pause button". The activation of the instant pause button cannot be revoked.
    In any case, each time a player registers, a comparison is made with the player blocking database OASIS (Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt, Dezernat III 34, Luisenplatz 2, 64283 Darmstadt) in accordance with legal and official regulations.

  20. You may close your player account at any time, temporarily or permanently. We also have the right, at our sole discretion, to close your player account temporarily or permanently at any time and for any reason. If we take such action, you will be notified by email.
    In particular, we may close your player account if you yourself hold a high public office that identifies you as a “Politically Exposed Person” (PEP) under money laundering principles, or if you have held such a high public office that has made you a PEP in the past, or if a member of your nuclear family is a PEP.
    While your player account is closed, you cannot make deposits or place bets or play games. If your player account is permanently closed, either on your initiative or on our initiative, this will happen after the withdrawable part of your player account balance has been paid out. Thereafter, you will no longer have access to the player account and the contractual relationship between us will be terminated.

  21. In the event that you do not use your player account for a period of 12 months or more, i.e. in the event that you do not log into your player account for a period of 12 months or more, we will set your account to an inactive status and charge you a fee of EUR 5.00 per month from the 13th month until your balance is EUR 0. In that case, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before we set your player account to inactive status and before the monthly fee applies.

  22. You may not assign, pledge or otherwise dispose of any claim you may have against us. You may only set off claims that we have against you against claims that you have against us if your claims against us are undisputed or have been finally determined by a court of law.

  23. In the event that any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions should be invalid in whole or in part, the contract concluded between you and us and each individual gaming contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose pursued by the invalid provision. 

  24. Of the different language versions of these general terms and conditions, the German version shall prevail in the event that there are differences between the language versions.
